Bespoke courses

The training courses may be tailored to meet specific requirements by request, although please note that for a course to class as a JNCC-recognised MMO course or as a PSO course acceptable to NMFS then the syllabus for those courses must be followed as a minimum. Examples of other courses that have been run include courses for dredging operations, pipe-laying, military sonar and torpedo trials. Courses may also be adapted to cover parts of the world other than the UK or US (such adaptations would not have recognition with JNCC or NMFS, but may be acceptable to other regional authorities). More general talks on marine mammals and environmental awareness can also be provided, for example to crews of drilling rigs or harbour construction projects.
